Originally part of the famous Rock Island Line, this four mile trail located in downtown Amarillo attracts not only bikers and walkers, but kids on skateboards, moms pushing their strollers, and pet owners walking their dogs. It's not exactly what you would call a real hike and bike trail because of all the other activity that it attracts daily, so if you do decide to go for a bike ride, make sure to watch your speed and wear your helmet.
